At Welokb, we want you to love your art supplies! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-Day Free Return policy.

1. 30-Day Free Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a free return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • Unused & Unopened: Markers, inks, and other art supplies must be in their original, unopened packaging. (Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened liquid inks or used markers).
  • Original Condition: Items must be in the same condition you received them, including all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple:
  1. Email our support team at help@welokb.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will review your request within [1-2] business days and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. 
  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-7] business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Since we offer free returns, you do not need to pay for return shipping. 

5. Exchanges

If your markers arrived damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange them for free. Simply contact us with photos of the damaged item, and we will make it right immediately.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Opened or used art supplies (markers, inks, paper pads)
