1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier processing times.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-2] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

High Volume Note: During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly on the [USPS / UPS ] website.

4. Damages & Lost Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at help@welokb.com with photos of the damage, and we will make it right. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with your local post office or neighbors before reaching out.
